Here’s a team building exercise that’ll really get your people excited and raring to go.
Under the professional guidance of one of our skilful and friendly tutors, your employees will be split up into teams of four and given a sizable block of ice to carve.
It’s nowhere near as scary as it sounds, and no-one will be making fools of themselves – not in a bad way, at least. The day is all about fun and promoting team-spirit. Once each team completes their tasks, the sculpted sections are fused together to make one large sculpture.
This promotes a real sense of achievement and highlights what can be done when people pull together as a team.
