Competition is a good thing
With this programme we make things a little more competitive; but, as with everything we do, there will still be bags of fun and positive energy. Teams are again split up into groups of four. One of our sculptors will then draw an outline of a figure, usually an animal of some description, and then the teams work together to carve in the detail.
Once the task is completed, the tutor will judge the teams and announce the winner. But let’s face it, this isn’t really about winners and losers. It’s about providing an environment where people will thrive and work together to do their best work. These are all skills that can be taken back to the workplace and implemented for a more productive outcome.
These programmes are held at a venue of your choice – usually indoors. Typical locations include hotels, community halls and activity centres.
